If our mystery party games don't have you and your guests laughing, or if you're not fully satisfied with a game that you purchase from us, you can return the game within 60 days of the date of purchase. However, you must notify us first and include proof of purchase, and we will refund your money. (Postage refund not included.) Authorized returns only.
What is our shipping policy? We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. For US orders, we offer shipping options via UPS, which include Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air (Overnight). For International orders, we offer shipping via Airmail.
UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received after 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time will be shipped the following business day. UPS shipping applies to weekdays only. Our mystery party games are also different from many others in that we focus more on the fun rather than the forensics. We don't care much for blood and guts and true crime - there's enough of that stuff on the 6 o'clock news - instead we prefer to put you into a "mystery novel" kind of setting for the evening, by filling our mystery party games full of zany characters and in-depth plotlines. After all, what is it about a good murder mystery that grabs a reader? It's the characters and their back-stories, that make the murder mystery more intriguing and challenging to solve. So, we provide lots of details about the characters in our murder mystery games, so each player can understand their character's motivation.
